Al-Huda Hummus Recipe

Description:


Ingredients:
* 1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, half the liquid reserved
* 4 tablespoons lime juice or more depend your taste.
* 2 tablespoons tahini
* 1 teaspoon cumin powder
* 1 big clove garlic or 2 small
* 1 teaspoon salt
* black pepper to taste
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* parsley and paprika to garnish

Directions:
1. In a food processor, chop the garlic. Place garbanzo beans ,lime juice , tahini, 2 tbl spoon of olive oil and salt in food processor . Blend until creamy and well mixed. (Pour the garbanzo water and more lemon juice if you want as needed)
2. Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl. let it child in the fridge. Sprinkle with pepper trace a line like x shape of paprika pour olive oil over the top. Garnish with parley.
3. You can spread it in sandwich. Eat by itself with pita bread , pita bread chips or crackers.
