The classic chicken wrap is diverse and easy to make. My version uses simply chicken breast, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes, but there are so many combinations of condiments, vegetables and sauces that could be used. Experiment and enjoy!

1 lb of chicken breast 6 flat bread (or pita bread) 1 tomato shredded lettuce mayo salt and pepper to taste (foil)

1. Preheat oven to 300. 2. Heat a large sauce pan on medium and grease it so that it doesn't stick. 3. Cut chicken breast into large shreds and add to sauce pan. 4. Add salt and pepper for flavoring. 5. While chicken is cooking, shred lettuce and cut tomatoes. 6. When chicken is cooked, turn off stove and remove from heat. 7. Tear out foil large enough to enclose the bread. 8. Place bread on foil and spread on mayo all over bread. 9. Add lettuce, tomatoes and then chicken along the center area of the bread. 10. Close bread by rolling it together and enclosing it within the foil. Close edges securely so that insides don't fall out. 11. Heat wrap in oven for 3 minutes or so, just enough to warm the bread. Enjoy!
