Rotel Chicken Pot Pie

Description:
A spicy version of the normal chicken pot pie.

Ingredients:
1 can rotel tomatoes 1 can green beans 1 small can carrots and peas 1/2 block of velveeta cheese 2 cups flour milk 4 leg quarters cayenne pepper garlic curry 4 small potatoes, diced

Directions:
Boil four chicken leg quarters in cayenne pepper, garlic and curry until fall of bone tender. When chicken is near done, add four small diced potatoes, small can of carrots and peas, quarter chopped onion, one can of green beans. Drain chicken and veggies, de-bone chicken. In separate bowl, add half block of velveeta and one can of rotel tomatoes and cook in microwave until done. In large casserole dish, put chicken, veggies and pur rotel dip over the top. Mix two cups of flour and add milk until dough is thin enough to pour on top of the casserole. Bake on 300 until golden brown and serve.
