When there is no time to toss dough, a pizza on sandwich bread works as a great alternative. They are so easy to make that they can work as a quick lunch, aan afternoon snack for the kids, or your next dish at a potluck. Choose your own toppings and enjoy!

10 pieces of bread
mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb of ground beef (or any pizza toppings you prefer)
sunflower oil (or another cooking oil)
pizza sauce (look up on UmmAbdallah's Pizza Hut Sauce Copycat recipe for a homemade sauce)

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a saucepan on medium heat
3. When it is hot enough, add add in beef. Add in salt in pepper.
4. Continue to cook until brown. Once cooked, remove from heat.
5. On each slice of bread, butter lightly one side and place face up on baking pan.
6. Put in oven for a few minutes - just enough to melt the butter and start to toast the bread (you can alternatively skip this step, but I find that toasting the bread in advance makes the bread less soggy when you cook in the final step)
7. Remove bread from oven and flip over each piece.
8. On the side of the bread facing up, lather on some pizza sauce.
9. Add beef on top (or any other topping you choose).
10. Spread mozzarella cheese on top.
11. Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
