Montreal Chicken, Greens and Peppers

Description:
With a mix of peppers and McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken spice, a simple plate of chicken and greens turns into a tangy spicy meal!

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
2 stalks of choy sum (or any other greens of your choice, i.e. mustard, collard, kale, etc.) -- washed and cut
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 diced red pepper
1/2 diced yellow pepper
2 sets of a 1/2 tbsp of McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken spice
peanut oil (or any other GMO-free or organic frying oil)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Crushed organic or GMO-free corn tortilla chips (optional)

Directions:
1. Heat a medium saucepan to medium heat.
2. Add a few tablespoons of frying oil.
3. Once oil is heated, add in half of each pepper (about 1/4 of each red, green and yellow diced peppers).
4. Saute until lightly browned.
5. Add in chicken and 1/2 tablespoon of Montreal Chicken seasoning (and salt and pepper to your taste.)
6. Stir and cook chicken until brown; remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
7. In same saucepan, add a few more tablespoons of frying oil.
8. Once oil is heated, add in last half of each pepper (about 1/4 of each red, green and yellow diced peppers).
9. Saute until lightly browned.
10. Add in choy sum or other choice of greens along with 1/2 tablespoon of Montreal Chicken seasoning (and salt and pepper to your taste).
11. Saute greens until soft; remove from heat.
12. Prepare plate by putting greens on bottom and chicken on top.
13. Sprinkle crushed corn tortilla chips on top for some crunch. Serve.
