Cook Time: 10-15 minutes each pizza
Serves: 4

Italian, Main Dish, Dinner, Lunch,

Thick, oily crispy crust with your choice of toppings for only a fraction for what Pizza Hut charges! How can anyone resist! The dough recipe is taken from CD Kitchen's Pizza Ht Original Pan Pizza recipe with slight alterations.

1 cup + 1 tablespoon warm water (105 degrees F)
1/4 cup warm milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 package dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon)
2 tablespoons oil (for dough)
6 tablespoons oil (2 tablespoons for each pan)

(The original recipe from CD Kitchen calls for dry non fat milk - I use actual liquid milk instead.)

FOR SAUCE: See Copycat Pizza Hut Sauce

mozzella cheese
any vegetables and meat you like!

1. Put yeast, sugar, and salt in a large (2 qt.) bowl.
2. Add water and milk and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes.

7. In three 9" cake pans, put 4 tablespoons of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly.
8. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9" circle.
9. Place in cake pans and cover with a plate. Place in warm area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
